Ingredients

green chillies 100 gm
tamarind 100 gm

how to make

add 300ml hot water into the tamarind and rest it for 15 minutes . after 15 minutes stuck the tamarind with your hands, then strain it when you will get creamy tamarind. then cut the chillies in medium size.
heat a pan and add 3 tablespoon sesame oil. then add mustard seeds , after that add 1 tablespoon fenugreek .then add curry leaves and saute it well.later add tamarind water and mix it well until tamarind water boiling. then add chillies into it. later add 1/4 tablespoon hing into it.then add salt as needed. mix it well. at last we can add one pinch jaggery and 3 tablespoons vinegar into it and boil it well.now tasty chilly pickle ready to serve.
