Chicken-1kg
Onion(medium size)- 4 nos
Curry leaves- as required
Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Coriander powder -1tbs
Kashmiri Chilly powder – 1tbs
Dried chilly -1tsp
Pepper powder -1tbs
Coconut oil(for frying)- as required(+2tbs)
Ginger garlic crushed -1tbs
Salt – as required
PREPARATION

First fry the onion in coconut oil. Add turmeric powder, salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, dried red chilly, pepper powder, 1 tbs coconut oil into the chicken chopped into small pieces and mix it well. Pour 1 tbs coconut oil into the pan(uruli) and make it hot. Add the chicken into the pan, once it is hot. Now add 1 tbs crushed ginger garlic. Then mix it well and add 2 tbs water and close it with a lid. Wait for 5 minutes. Now open the lid and mix it well. Our chicken chukka is ready.
