Ingredients

Warm Milk
Sugar
Yeast

For Dough
White flour Maida
Sugar
Milk
Yeast milk mix
Salt
Mix well
3 teaspoon butter
Oil
For cream
Butter
Sugar
1 Teaspoon Milk

For the sake of activating yeast, take sugar yeast with warm milk.
Set aside for 5 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Mix and extract flour for butter Bun.
Mix one and a half cups of maida flour with three teaspoons sugar and salt to taste.
Pour the yeast mix into it and knead it.
Now add 3 tbsp of flour to the flour and knead well.
Now knead the dough and set aside for two hours.
After two hours, roll the dough into a bowl and fry it in oil.
For the preparation of butter cream.
Take three teaspoons of butter and mix it with four teaspoons powdered sugar and one teaspoon of milk.
Cut the butter bun in half and add cream to it.
