Bread Pocket is a night snack made with bread slices with mayo stuffing. it’s a perfect evening snack for teenagers and may be served as an appetizer too for any party. Here I even have used mayonnaise filling using only veggies but you’re liberal to add chicken/meat of your choice. I even have used brown bread to form this snack but you’ll use light bread if you favor so. Lastly, please confirm that the oil is basically hot before you fry the bread pieces.

carrot- 1, finely chopped
half capsicum – 1, finely chopped
onion – 1, finely chopped
mayo – 5 tbsp
pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
other ingredients:
bread slices – 6

egg – 1
bread crumbs
pepper powder – a pinch
boiled milk – 3 Tbsp
oil – 1 cup (to deep fry)
