Banana Halwa

Ingredients

banana 1.1/2kg
jaggery 300gm
water 1/2cup
ghee 1/2cup

cashews
salt 1pinch
sugar 1/4cup
cardamom powder 1tsp

How to make

Take a jar,add chopped banana. Grind into a smooth paste.Heat pan ,add jaggery and water.When the jaggery is melt,turn off the flame.Heat a pan, add 4tbsp ghee.Roast cashews and keep aside.Add banana paste into pan.Mix well.When start to thick, add jaggery syrup and salt.Mix well.Keep law to medium flame.Add 2tbsp of ghee .Stir well.Add 1tbsp of ghee and 1/4cup of sugar.Mix well.Add cardamom powder , roasted cashews and 1 tbsp of ghee.Mix well.If it is thick,turn off the flame. Grease a try with ghee.Pour banana into try and level up using spoon.Allow it to cool completely.Serve into a try.Our tasty banana halwa is ready.
