wheat flour 1.5 cup
maida 1 cup
salt as needed
Sugar 1 .5tablespoon
Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
Lukewarm Water

For filling
Boiled potato 3(finely grated)
Boiled egg 2(finely grated)
salt as needed
Chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves
sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
cumin seed 1 /2tablespoon
Onion 1 (finely chopped)

How to make

Take wheat flour in a bowl.Add 1 cup maida or all purpose flour into it.Then add sugar, salt , yeast and sunflower oil into that an mix well with your hands.After that add lukewarm warm water little by little and knead like chappathi dough.spread oil in the bowl .Cover and let it rest for half an hour.
Then take boiled potatoes and grate well in a grater.Tranfer grated potatoes into a bowl.Then grate the boiled egg as like potato and transfer into that bowl.After that add salt to taste,chilli flakes and coriander leaves along with that.Then heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add cumin seed into it,then add chopped onion into that.Fry the onion slightly.Tranfer this mix into egg and potato mix.Mix well.
Then knead dough once again .Roll the dough by spreading dust flour.Make it very thin .Then spread filling in half way.Shape it as half moon with your finger.Make it thin.Heat a pan and spread oil in it.Then put bholani into it and cook in low flame.spread oil on top of the bholani.continue in low flame.flip two sides.cook for some time and off the flame.Now tasty bholani ready.
